At Chem–Plate Industries we heat treat a wide range of fasteners for our customers, which can be anything as small as a number 4, and as large as an inch and one quarter in diameter.

We take great pride in our process controls and our ability to give our customer what they need. We provide this by running a 24hour a day / 7 day a week operation, with experienced personnel, on site at all times.

We at Chem–Plate Industries know the stringent requirements placed on our customers and the liability for them and us. All of our heat treat lines include an automated system for scheduling and running parts. A computerized schedule is used to run the product efficiently and productively. The system retrieves the internally stored recipe for each part when processing is started to ensure the product is run consistently every time. All of this and more are Chem-Plate's continuing effort to supply our customers with a quality product.
